PURPOSE:To form stably a good visible image for a long period by incorporating a polyester resin having an aliphat. hydrocarbon group of 3-22C at the side chain and specific graft- or block-copolymerized polyolefin into a toner. CONSTITUTION:The wax consisting of the polyolefin block-copolymerized or graft-copolymerized with an alpha-methylene aliphat. monocarboxylate monomer is incorporated into the polyester resin which is the non-linear copolymer obtainable from monomer components contg. an etherified bisphenol monomer, dicarboxylic acid monomer and tri- or higher hydric alcohol and/or tri- or higher hydric carboxylic acid monomer and has the aliphat. hydrocarbon group of 3- 22C at the side chain. The toner for developing an electrostatic charge image is thus prepd.
