PURPOSE:To enable to unify quality of a molded object and to shorten a molding cycle time, by making use of mixture gas of air and gas, whose transmission rate to base resin of a prefoaming particle is faster than the air, as the gas to be used for treatment under pressure. CONSTITUTION:In manufacture of a synthetic-resin foamed-in-place molded object which is molded by filling the inside of a mold with a synthetic-resin prefoaming particle with built-in gas within a bubble and making the same expand through heating, at the time of molding by filling the mold with the prefoaming particles after mixed gas which is a mixture of gas, whose transmission rate to base resin of the prefoaming particle is faster than that of air, and the air and satisfying an expression 1 has been made to contain within the bubbles of the prefoaming particles, molding is performed under terms satisfying the following expression 0.35<=W/k<=0.75 in connection with relation between the numerical value of weight W of the mixed gas in the particles per 100cc prefoaming particles at the time of filling and that of a coefficient (k) of a weight reducing rate. Volume of 100cc prefoaming particles, hereupon, is not bulk volume, but true volume to be obtained by measuring the prefoaming particles by sinking the same in the water. |
