摘要 PURPOSE:To always decode the digital signal with a fixed level of probability regardless of the change in the lapse of time by detecting the data of a short hamming distance out of the error possibility data and the coding data without using the distribution of probability for generation of transmission loss. CONSTITUTION:A CPU16 changes successively a variable (n) up to 14 from 1 in order of data a1, b1... and then a2, b2.... Then the CPU16 retrieves a table TT based on two data an and bn and stores a variable (x) to an area NN for designation of data ax and bx which are used to obtain the minimum value of priority as well as said minimum value. Here the table TT contains the coding data an, the error possibility data bn and the priority written according to the hamming distance between the correct coding data and the error possibility data obtained when no error is detected at all, the variable (n) or both the hamming distance and variable (n). In this case, the distribution of probability for generation of a transmission loss of a transmission line has no effect at all. Then the CPU16 discriminates whether or not the state data d1-d14 read out of an area DD are all equal to ''1'' and performs the output processing when ''1'' is decided.
