ANTIS-100 PROTEIN ANTIBODY

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable the measurement of an S-100 protein simply and at a high accuracy specifically to an alpha chain or beta chain by using a fused cell between an an immune cell of a mammal immunized by an S-100 protein and a marrow tomor cell of a mammal to produce a monoclonal antibody for applications. CONSTITUTION:One parent cell for cell fusion employs an immune cell of a mammal which is immunized by an S-100 protein as immunoantigen adjusted by an ordinary method while the marrow tumor cell does NS1-Ag4 or the like in a mouse and in the fusion reaction of both the cells, the immune cell is used at the ratio of 1-10 times by Oi and Gertsenberg's method or the like. Then, the hybridoma is obtained to convert the desired antibody production stock into a monoclone by reapeating the retrieval thereof by an ELISA or the like according to the limited dilution process and then, the stock is cultured and undergoes isolation to obtain a monoclonal antibody.
