PURPOSE:To enable to perform driving of clamping and breaking of a mold and a cut-off punch of a hoop material by one driving source and to enable to perform reliably holding of positioning of the hoop material, by a method wherein a mold punch is held under a state wherein a metal piece is blanked and the metal piece is held by the mold punch. CONSTITUTION:A hoop material 11 is positioned by a pilot pin 15 by clamping a top force body 1 and a bottom force body 2. In this instance, the hoop material 11 is held by the top force body 1, a cut-off block 17, a cavity block 4 and a holding pin 6 of the hoop material. Then a cut-off punch 16 is made to descend by descending a mounting plate 3 of the top force body 1 further, an end part of the hoop material 11 is cut off by the cut-off punch 16 and the cut-off block 17 and the end part of the hoop material 11 is held by the cut-off punch 16 by leaving a state behind as it is. Co-molding of the hoop material 11 is performed by pouring resin through a resin pouring port 7 under the above state. When the resin is cured, the top force body 1 and the bottom force body 2 are broken, an ejector pin is made to protrude and the molded article is taken out by raising the same. |
