PURPOSE:To reduce trouble such as seizure, by resolving the output signal of a non-contact displacement meter into a variation component and an offset component and taking out the sum of both components as a vibration amplitude signal. CONSTITUTION:The vibration wave form calculated from the output of a non- contact displacement meter is respectively inputted to a high pass filter 1 and a low path filter 2 and the output of the filter 1 is issued through an amplifier 2, a rectifier 3 and a low pass filter 4 to obtain output u1 while inputted to an adder 9 and the output of the filter 5 is passed through an amplifier 8 to obtain output u2 while inputted to the adder 9. The sum of the vibration amplitude value u1 and the expansion component u2 is taken by the adder 9 to calculate the expansion and contraction signal of the diameter of a rotor and the reduction of a bearing gap is allowed. |
