<p>PURPOSE:To easly measure the spectrum of fluid by varying the modulation frequency of luminous flux from a light source and allowing a detector which converterts photoelectrically luminous flux corresponding to reference light and sample light diffracted spectrally by a diffraction grating to be replaced according to the modulation frequency. CONSTITUTION:A sample room adapter which varies the modulation frequency of luminous flux from the light source 1 and a sample room adapter 26' provided with high-speed choppers 30 and 31 are replaced according to normal spectral measurement and spectral measurement of fluid. Further, the detector adapter which converts photoelectrically luminous flux corresponding to the reference light and sample light diffracted spectrally by the diffraction grating 14 is replaced with a detector adapter 27' euqipped with a high-speed detector 32. Consequently, the luminous flux from the light source is varied in modulation frequency and the detector adapter 27' is replaceable, so this functions as a general infrared spectrophotometer and also measures the spectrum of fluid.</p> |
