PURPOSE:To manufacture a synthetic-resin molded article which is superior in barrier properties against heat rays, by a method wherein a thermoplastic plastic film or sheet, to one side of which a coat, which is superior in the barrier properties against the heat rays, is applied is fitted to the inside of a mold and then the synthetic resin material is poured within the mold through injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic plastic film or sheet to one side of which a coat, which is superior in heat ray barrier properties, is applied is blanked into an identical shape with that of a desired part of a synthetic-resin molded article. Then a blanked piece is fitted to a cavity part corresponding to the desired part of a mold for the molded article. The mold is clamped, high-pressure injection of molten resin is performed by an injection molding device, the blanked piece and the molten resin are molded unitarily by laminating them and the molded article is taken out from the mold. |
