PURPOSE:To enable to obtain high-grade gas with no pulsation by a structure wherein oxygen enriched gas storage tank is provided in a piping system. CONSTITUTION:The pulsation of gas dehumidified at a dehumidifying part 23 can be nearly perfectly removed by being stored in a storage chamber 25 in the form of compressed gas by means of a compressor arranged at the storage chamber 25. In this case, the load leveling or the reduction of output as a whole can be expected, when a combustion furnace is used non-continuously. Further, the gas passes through a flow sensor part 90 and a pressure gage 91. Furthermore, if the abnormal pressure develops in a conduit 92 or the flow rate through the conduit 92 is excessive, a valve 93 automatically reduces the pressure in the conduit 92 or discharges the gas in the conduit 92. The gas is past through the conduit 92 and mixed with liquid fuel for combustion past through a conduit 94. In addition, higher-grade oxygen enriched gas can be obtained by providing a flow sensor 95 and a pressure sensor 96 in a combustion part or a fuel part for combustion. |
