A multi-functional cradle for a portable multimedia appliance is provided to solve a problem of the related art that a user feels inconvenience because only a monitor provided in the portable multimedia appliance and only an ear-phone connected to an audio output terminal are used. A multi-functional cradle for a portable multimedia appliance includes the first case(110), the second case(120), and a cover(130). The first case(110) is provided with a resting part for resting the portable multimedia appliance. The resting part is provided at the side surface with a connection port connected to the portable multimedia appliance. The second case(120) includes a LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) monitor and a speaker. The cover(130) is attached to a bottom surface of the first case(110) and the second case(120).
