<p>PURPOSE:To enable to avoid or control sufficiently undesirable deformation or discoloration at especially the bottom of a bottomed cylindrical matter, by releasing restraint at the outskirts before a molding punch is made to separate from the bottomed cylindrical matter at the time after the bottomed cylindrical matter has been molded. CONSTITUTION:Prior to separation of a molding punch 6 from a bottomed cylindrical matter 50 after the bottomed cylindrical matter 50 has been molded, a clamp component 8 is made to rise and restraint at the outskirts of a plastic material based on cowork of a holding component 32 and a clamp component 8 is released. With this construction, force in an axial direction which has been applied to the bottomed cylindrical matter 50 is released and the bottomed cylindrical matter 50 is apt to contract in the axial direction. As the contraction of the bottomed cylindrical matter 50 in the axial direction is performed under a state wherein it is stuck to the molding punch 6 without being separated from the molding punch 6, it does not happen that unpardonable deformation resulting from the foregoing matter is generated on the bottomed cylindrical matter 50 especially on the bottom of the same.</p> |
