PURPOSE:To simply construct a cut-off wall by vertically and horizontally stacking up sandbags formed by packing a hydraulic powdery granules into a bag made of porous material. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic powdery granule 2 (e.g., of Portland cement, etc.) is packed into a bag 1 of a porous material (e.g., jute fiber cloth, canvas, etc.) of meshes to form a sandbag 3. A large number of the sandbags 3 are horizontally and vertically stacked up in a multistage and in a multi-row on the broken places of a dam, etc. Then, the hydraulic powdery granules 2 go out and diffuse from the sandbags 3 and harden hydraulically among the sandbags 1 to form a sealed wall or cut-off wall. |
