A mounting holder of a tissue case for a vehicle is provided to allow a V-shaped fastening pin to be secured by a roof inside panel in a semicircular shape while the fastening pin is outwardly widened by being pushed up, thereby minimizing the deformation of the roof inside panel when installing the mounting holder. A mounting holder of a tissue case for a vehicle comprises a pin guide groove(6), a Y-shaped space part(8), an assembly groove(9), a bracket(14), a pressing part(18), and a fastening pin(19). The opposite upper sides of the pin guide groove are rounded and opened on the outer surface of opposite guide rails. The Y-shaped space is defined by a projection(7) between the opposite pin guide grooves. The assembly groove is formed on the opposite outer surfaces of the space part. The bracket having a projection(12) and a protrusion(13) that are respectively formed on an upper center portion and opposite lower insides of an actuation space part(11). The pressing part, capable of conducting ascending and descending movements, includes a center groove(15) which is secured by the projection, an outer projection(16) which is secured by the opposite protrusions, and a pin holding groove(17) where a lower center portion of the fastening pin is secured on a lower side facing to the space part. A lower center portion of the V-shaped fastening pin with round and open opposite ends is inserted to the pin holding groove, wherein the opposite upper sides of the fastening pin is inserted to the pin guide groove.
