PURPOSE:To attain highly reliable sealing characteristic and flow rate distribution characteristic with a simple structure by respectively providing particular cathode space, cathode flow path spacer, anode flow path spacer and anode spacer. CONSTITUTION:Many tiles 1 held by the cathode 2 and anode 3 are laminated through a collector plate 11 which is previously and integrally structured by arranging, to the one side surface of a partitioning plate 8 having uneven surface 7, the anode flow path spacer 9 and anode spacer 26 while the cathode flow path spacer 10 and cathode spacer 27 to the other side surface and brazing them. A plurality of oxidized gas supply path 12 which supply oxidized gas 4 to the side of cathode 2 are provided in the one side of tile 1 and collector plate 11, while a plurality of oxidized gas exhaust paths 13 to the other side. In the same way, a plurality of fuel supply paths 14 and fuel exhaust paths 15 are provided in such positions so that they are provided alternately for the oxidized gas supply path 12 and oxidized gas exhaust path 13. |
