PURPOSE:The titled composition that is composed of a blocked isocyanate prepolymer, a compound reactive with NCO and a monocarboxylic acid, thus being curable at relatively low temperatures. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by using (A) an NCO- blocked prepolymer which is formed by reaction of an NCO-terminated prepolymer derived from a polyhydroxy compound and an excessive amount of polyisocyanate with a thermally dissociating compound, (B) a compound reactive with NCO groups selected from (i) an amine bearing 2 to 4 primary of secondary amino groups, (ii) a compound bearing 3-6 N-beta-hydroxyethyl (or -propyl) groups and (iii) a compound bearing 1 to 3 primary or secondary amino groups and 1-4 N-beta-hydroxyethyl (-propyl) groups and (C) a monocarboxylic acid of the formula: RCOOH [R is CnH2n+1 (n is 0-5), C6H5] such as formic acid.
