The depilatory tweezers has a large gripping surface, consisting of two flat surfaces (c), protecting on top of the end (b) of each prong. When the tweezers are being used, these surfaces are perfectly superimposed and parallel, forming a very large gripping surface which grasps and extracts the hair, this procedure thereby being made simpler and quicker. Furthermore, since the hair can be gripped very close to the skin, it is pulled out from a greater depth. The figure shows: a. the point at which the prongs are welded together, b. the mobile ends of the prongs, c. the gripping surfaces which grasp the hair. <IMAGE>
