The plotting table (5) is pivotably joined by means of hinges (8) to a dimensionally stable frame (3). Adjusting jaws (9) and rotary latches (6) are used to fix the plotting table (5) in the two end positions. The special arrangement with a frame and rotary latches permits the plotting table not to have to be held by hand in order to adjust it to a desired tilt angle; instead, the frame can be secured for the purpose of suspension, and the two positions are assumed by applying pressure to push the plotting table against the wall. <IMAGE>
