The invention relates to a prefabricated one-piece modular panel having incorporated seating and curbing, intended to form the perimeters of swimming pools, thereby permitting a simplified assembly and eliminating several operations which previously were necessary in the construction of swimming pools. This prefabricated one-piece module comprises a seating 1, 2, 3 to be embedded (sealed in) and, at its top part, a recess 5, 6 for the attachment rail of the sealed covering called the liner, as well as its non-slip integrated curbing. The dimensions and the shape of the module, which are summarised in the patent, are also there for questions of strength and stiffness which, by juxtaposition, increase the solidity of the assembly. These dimensions and shapes permit stacking for storing and transporting. By extension from this module, it is possible to produce half-modules, angle modules and equipment modules to which the indispensable surface skimmer or liner and the submerged accessories such as projectors are attached. <IMAGE>
