PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of a local high contact-pressure on the V-pulley contact surfaces of blocks which are superposed on and attached to an endless belt-like hoop, by forming several local surface-hardened parts on the V-pulley surfaces of the blocks. CONSTITUTION:Several local surface hardened parts 28 are formed on the V-pulley contact surfaces 26 of blocks 18 which are superposed on and attached to an endless belt-like hoop along the lengthwise direction thereof, the surface hardened parts 28 of each contact surface are projected from the other part thereof due to the difference in hardness between the surface hardened parts 28 and the other part of the contact surface 26, thereby concave and convex parts are formed in the contact surface. The convex parts are smoothly made into contact with a V-pulley so that the generation of a high contact-pressure on each convex part is eliminated, thereby it is possible to prevent the generation of cracks due to the high contact-pressure. |
