PURPOSE:To enable to obtain an extremely economical paper-covered wire having adhesive strength equal with a bound conductor using no bare rectangular wire by a method wherein the winding is constructed of a bound conductor formed by avoiding to put a bare rectangular wire at the center. CONSTITUTION:Rectangular enamel adhesive wires, namely self-adhesive rectangular enamel wires are arranged in parallel mutually, the enamel wires thereof are arranged between bare rectangular wires, and the wires thereof are wound in common with an insulating paper. The bare rectangular wires are arranged at the places shifted from the center. At this case, nearly equally adhesive strength with the case using no bare rectangular wire can be obtained. Althrough the arranged positions of the bare rectangular wires are shifted from the center, when the number of the bare rectangular wires is large, adhesive strength is inferior a little than the case when no bare rectangular wire is used. The rectangular enamel adhesive wire is comparatively high-priced than a rectangular enamel wire by the amount of an applied adhesive. Accordingly, it is economical to arrange not only the bare rectangular wires, but also the rectangular enamel wires not applied with the adhesive. |
