<p>PURPOSE:To provide a forced lubricating oil circulating device which is of a simple structure, by a method wherein a pump, which has a suction port, extending in the direction of radius from the axis within a casing, and delivers lubricating oil to an oil feed source, is located on the stationary shaft rotatably supporting the casing. CONSTITUTION:As the control side, a cylindrical casing 2 is rotatably mounted on the one end of a stationary shaft 1, being reciprocable only in the direction of an axis, through the medium of a bearing 3. The stationary shaft 1 within the casing 2 is provided at its end with a suction port 12, extended in the direction of radius from an axis within the casing 2, a pump 14, which is adapted to suck lubricating oil through rotation of the casing to form an oil layer 13 with a given thickness (t) in the casing 2 and deliver the sucked lubricating oil to a tank 5, is provided.
