PURPOSE:To provide a spinneret to which the through-holes can be bored easily, and which facilitates the manufacture, mounting and exchange of a spinning cylinder and the mounting and exchange of a spinning plate at the bottom of the spinning cylinder, by making the main body of the spinneret with a corrosion- resistant metal. CONSTITUTION:The main body of the spinneret 1' having rectangular cross-section is made of a corrosion-resistant metal. A plurality of through-holes 2 are bored to the bottom plate of the spinneret 1', and a ring-shaped groove 9 is formed to the inner wall surface of each through-hole 2. Each groove 9 is furnished with a fluororesin packing 10, and a cup-shaped spinning cylinder 11 is held with the packing 10. The body 12 of the spinning cylinder is made of a corrosion-resistant metal, and the circumference of the glass-spinning plate 16 having a number of nozzles 15 is supported with a fluororesin packing 14 inserted into the ring-shaped groove 13.
