PURPOSE:To prevent unsatisfactory contact of a contact point by using an interface active agent having a polyether class and/or a polyether chain as a coating to improve the slip during the coil winding. CONSTITUTION:An interface active agent having a polyether class and/or a polyether chain, lubricative and hard to generate carbide on a contact point even by the catalyst action or arc energy of noble metals, is used during the coil winding. For example, (1) polyethylene glycol, (2) polypropylene glycol, (3) polyethylene glycol ester class is used. A material having the molecular weight of 700 or less is normally liquid and preferable for production, but a material convertible into a liquid when heated during production is thoroughly sufficient.
