PURPOSE:To prevent a fine particle from adhering to a valve part, by providing a stem, which provides in the valve part a slit with a sectional area gradually increasing from the inlet side toward the outlet side, in the case of a flow regulating valve. CONSTITUTION:A flow regulating valve 10 has a casing 18, and a stem 28 equips a valve part 30, pressure cancelling part 32 and a thread 34. The valve part 30 provides a slit 36 whose sectional area gradually increases from its inlet side toward outlet side. Accordingly, a particle, when it reaches the valve part, comes to be swept away by the fluid pressure in the slit toward a direction that its sectional area increases, and the particle is prevented from adhering to the valve part. |
