PURPOSE:To prevent a pattern of fringes due to light interference by successively forming an electrically conductive layer having a B'enard cell structure, a phenol resin layer, and a photosensitive layer on a substrate, and forming a rugged state specified in roughness on the surface of the phenol resin layer. CONSTITUTION:The conductive layer 2 of B'enard cell structure is formed by coating the substrate 1 with a coating fluid prepared by dispersing a conductive coating powder wide in particle size distribution, such as an SnO powder contg. Sb2O3, into a solvent high in surface tension, such as 2-methoxyethanol together with a resin, such as acrylic resin. On this layer 2, a phenol resin layer 3 is formed to a film thickness of 0.5-10mum, on this layer 3, a rugged state 4 having >=lambda/4n (lambda is laser beam wavelength, and n is a refractive index of the photosensitive layer), and further on this 4, the photosensitive layer contg. an org. photoconductor is formed. As a result, even when it is exposed to the laser beams, light interference can be prevented. |
