The invention concerns a turning device 5 for boiler construction, in order to facilitate the closing together of two hoops 1 and 2, for example before assembling them by welding. At least one of the rollers 6 is carried by the cheek plates 9 of a clevis 10 oscillating about a fixed pin 11, under the action of a jack 13. The latter can be controlled from a hand pump 14. Application: possibility for just one operator to perform the closing-together operations with precision and without external lifting means. <IMAGE> |
