PURPOSE:To enable a handicapped person on vision to input an original through a normal keyboard and to attain check editing by forming a voice synthesizer, tape recorder for voice originals and an operator's ear phone. CONSTITUTION:While listening a voice original from a tape recorder 9 through the ear phone 11, the operator inputs the data from a keyboard 3 on the basis of Chinese braille point specifications. The inputted Chinese braille point input character code is converted into a JIS-regulated character code and then stored in a memory 7. Receiving a checking/editing request from the keyboard 3, a CPU1 actuates a conversion means consisting of the CPU1 itself, a disc drive 6, etc. to convert the JIS-regulated code into the Chinese braille point voice code and add a character identification code to the converted code and sends the added code to a voice synthesizer 8. The ear phone 11 is alternately connected to the out0ut of the tape recorder and that of the voice synthesizer 8. Therefore, correct input can be checked by comparing both the outputs. |
