PURPOSE:To prepare a space-containing substance with good efficiency, by enhancing the strength of said space-containing substance, by forming a large number of uniform spaces in a solid by imparting vibration to a substance prior to solidifying said substance. CONSTITUTION:A vibration apparatus is constituted of a motor 1, a manufacturing stand 2, a rod 4, a crank 5, an apparatus stand 6 and a journal 7. A manufacturing substance 3 is put in the container on the manufacturing stand of the vibration apparatus and a motor 1 is driven to vibrate the apparatus before the manufacturing substance 3 is solidified to impart vibration to said manufacturing substance 3. As a result, a large number of uniform spaces are formed in the manufacturing substance and the strength of the manufacturing substance can enhanced. |
