发明名称 ADJUSTING DEVICE OF OPTICAL AXIS
摘要 PURPOSE:To make adjustment of optical axes in x- and y-directions possible from one direction only so as to eliminate the necessity of skill in adjusting works and improve the productivity, by holding an optical element with a holder composed of two holding sections united in one body. CONSTITUTION:A holding section 24a, to which a polarization beam splitter 23 changing the optical path of laser lights by a right angle is fixed, and another holding section 24b which is held by a base plate 28 under a rotation-free condition are elastically united in one body as a holder 24 with a slit 26 in between them. When the adjustment in the direction of X-optical axis is completed by turning the holding section 24b in x-direction by means of a screw driver put in a groove 25, the holding section 24b is fixed to the base plate 28 and the adjustment in y-direction is made by screwing a screw bar 29 into a tapped hole 27 through a through hole 30 and adjusting the inclination theta of the splitter 23 fixed to the holding section 24a. Therefore, tne optical axis of the splitter 23 in both x- and y-directions can be adjusted easily from one direction of X-optical axis only and the productivity of the adjusting work can be improved, because no skill in required in the adjusting work.
