PURPOSE:To eliminate the sticking of dust during a tape run and smooth the tape run by forming an antielectrostatic charge agent layer on at least one surface of a transparent base material. CONSTITUTION:A metallic flange 7 is fitted onto both sides of a hub 2 to form a reel 5, and both surfaces of the flange 7 are sandwiched between transparent sheets 6. The transparent sheets 6 are formed by forming the antielectrostatic charge agent layer 12, obtained by dissolving a nonionic surface active agent in a solvent, on at least one surface of the transparent base material 11 of, for example, polyethylene phthalate. Therefore, there is no dust stuck during assembly and tape running, the tape, therefore, runs smoothly, and turns of the reel are observed through a transparent half 8. The antielectrostatic charge agent layer 12 contains a blocking preventive agent to improve separation between the sheets.
