PURPOSE:To eliminate a change with time by coating an N type semiconductor substrate with a high-molecular film and electrochemically forming an aromatic group high-molecular compound onto the film through electrolytic oxidation. CONSTITUTION:When polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. are used as a high-molecular film coated onto an N type semiconductor electrode substrate, a conductive film shaped after electrolytic polymerization forms a P-N junction having high strength. A high-molecular film having high light transmittance is selected and the substrate is coated with the film, and a conductive high-molecular film having high transmittance is shaped, thus generating sufficient light absorption in the P-N junction section. A polyvinyl chloride group resin can be used as the high-molecular film, pyrrole, 3-methyl pyrrole and N-methyl pyrrole as an aromatic compound, which can be electrolytically oxidized and polymerized, and various compounds, such as organic fourth class ammonium salt, inorganic salt, proton acid, ester, etc. as an electrolyte on electrolytic polymerization. Accordingly, a stable solar cell having high reliability is acquired. |
