PURPOSE:To form the comfortable state where the head is kept cool and the feet are kept warm, by allowing cold air to be blown-out from a vent blowing-out by opening a cold-air bypass part formed in the vicinity of an air mixing door, when the air mixing door perfectly closes a cold-air flow passage in bi-level state. CONSTITUTION:When a mode knob is at bi-level position, and a temperature adjusting knob is at hot position, the top edge part of an air mixing door 12 contacts with an opening port 31, and a cooling-wind passage 22 perfectly closed is and both bi-level switch 37 and an adjusted-state detecting switch 38 are in turned-ON state. Therefore, an electric current flows in a solenoid 36, and an opening/closing door 35 opens an inflow port 33. Therefore, though almost all the air which flows towards a cold-air flow passage 22 passes through a heater core 11, a portion of the air flows into a cold-wind bypass part 30 from the air inflow port 33, and flows-out from an effluence port 34, and is blown-out from a vent blow-out port 23. Therefore, the warm air which passes through the heater core 11 can be blown-out from a blowing-out port 24 at the feet and cold wind can be blown-out from the vent blow-out port 23. |
