PURPOSE:To prevent bubble transfer between adjacent tracks and reduce track intervals by providing an ion implantation zone to magnetic thin films between adjacent tracks. CONSTITUTION:An ion implantation zone 5 is formed on magnetic thin film between adjacent tracks formed of ''Permalloy(R)'' patterns and bubble transfer between adjacent tracks is prevented with a repulsive potential which repulse external bubbles near the boundary of the implantation zone 5. Thus, track intervals are narrowed down and the high-density, small-sized magnetic bubble device is obtained. |
