PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of dust or the damage of an outlet, in nozzle orifices formed by using a thin plate having a plurality of slits opened to the periphery thereof, by providing projection parts surrounding the periphery of the nozzle orifices. CONSTITUTION:The high pressure spray solution fed in from a liquid feed pipe 5 enters empty chambers 8 provided to both sides of a thin plate 1 from a passing bore 7 and sprayed from nozzle orifices 10 through slits 2. The nozzle orifices 10 can be minutely formed by the processing of the thin plate 1 and the size of each nozzle orifice is determined by the thickness (a) of the thin plate 1 and the width (b) of each slit. Because the outlets of the nozzle orifices 10 are surrounded by projection parts 11, 12 provided to upper and lower supports 3, 4, the adhesion of dust is prevented and the orifice of each nozzle orifice is protected from damage by external impact.
