PURPOSE:To permit to obtain operability and effective utilization property of the mounting member when a rotary seat is either directed forward or rearward by a method wherein a driving means, moving the mounting member of various kinds of switches, air blow-off ports or the like arranged on the side wall of a cabin to forward direction or rearward direction, is provided. CONSTITUTION:When the rotary seat 2 is directed to the forward direction, the mounting member 6 is stopped at a location optimum to a crew sitting on the seat 2 and the crew can operate the switches 4 without any trouble while comfortable air-conditioning air can be obtained by the crew from an air blow-off port 5. When the rotary seat 2 is operated so as to be directed rearward, a projected piece 13 moves together with the seat 2 so as to be separated from a limit switch 11, a motor 9 is rotated normally to pivot a wire 10 for a period of time set in a timer so that the rotary seat 2 follows the directional displacement of the rotary seat 2 and the mounting member 6 may be moved to a location optimum for a condition wherein the rotary seat 2 is directed rearward.
