PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time and to simplify operation by successively updating data in a data part on the basis of information in a dictionary part which corresponds to a data name specified by a data updating instruction. CONSTITUTION:A command CQ for collectively updating data in a sectional data sets D1-Dn of a storae device 1 is determined and a routine 10 to be operated on the basis of the input of the command CQ is registered in a system. Namely, a command name CHGQ is assigned to a command part CN, a sectional data name D1 to be updated, identification codes I1-In before updating and identification codes K1-Kn after updating are arrayed in an operand part OP and the command having said array is inputted from terminal equipment (T1 e.g.). The inputted command CQ is sent to a control part 6 through a communication control device 4 and a channel device 5. The control part 6 stores the data name D1 and codes I1-In and K1-Kn in an area 11 of a memory 7 and then informs the command name CHGQ to a processing part 8. The processing part 8 starts the routine 10 corresponding to the command name CHGQ. |
