PURPOSE:To eliminate an independent changeover valve by supporting a pump cylinder rotatably in the casing while properly arranging plural pairs of suction- delivery ports in the casing thereby providing the function of change-over valve to the pump itself. CONSTITUTION:Upon advance of piston 1, the fluid to be carried in the front chamber of pump cylinder 2 is delivered through a delivery port 15b while at the same time the fluid is sucked through a suction port 14b into the rear chamber of pump cylinder 2. Upon reaching of piston 1 to the stroke end, a rotor actuator 13 will rotate the pump cylinder by 180 deg.. Consequently, the pump cylinder 2 will come to such position where the front opening 10 and the suction port 14a, rear opening 11 and the delivery port 15a will be communicated respectively. Upon retraction of piston 1, the fluid in the rear chamber of pump cylinder 2 is delivered through the delivery port 15 while simultaneously the pump cylinder 2 is rotated again by 180 deg..
