PURPOSE:To connect many diodes without reducing a voltage decrease characteristic by connecting foldedly n-set of diodes by N-set each so as to constitute a volume circuit. CONSTITUTION:A constant voltage VB is fed to a base of a transistor (TR)Q11 and a collector is connected to a power supply Vcc via a TRQ12. A series circuit comprising diodes d11, d12, d13 is connected between an emitter of the TRQ11 and a circuit terminal 11. Constant current circuits 12, 13, 14 are connected respectively between a connecting point A between the emitter of the TRQ11 and the diode d11 and a common potential, between a connecting point B between the diodes d11, d12 and the power supply Vcc and between a connecting point C between the diodes d12 and d13 and a common potential. The circuit terminal 11 is connected to the power supply Vcc via a TRQ13. |
