The switch (1) has an actuation piston (11) axially movable by the pressure in a pressure chamber (9). A spring carrier (16) is axially adjustable by the actuation piston against a pretensioning force of a pressure spring (34). A switching operation of an electrical switch is released by movement of the spring carrier. Another pressure spring (36) is provided in the switch, and the spring carrier is loaded with an additional pretensioning force that acts with the pressure spring (34).
