The screwdriver has a shaft (1) and an external multi-sided head (3) for accommodating into interior multi-sided recesses of an interior multi-sided screw, where the head is provided at an end of the shaft. The external multi-sided head is designed in a form of steps (It1, It2, It3), which are narrowed at an end of the external multi-sided head. The external multi-sided head is provided at an insert (2), and a retainer (6) for the insert is provided at the shaft end. An independent claim is also included for a screw product with interior multi-sided screws of different interior multi-sided sizes.
