摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled coating material having superior flexibility, moisture and heat resistances by mixing urethane acrylate having acryloyl groups at both terminals of the molecule with a compound having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond in the molecule and a polymn. initiator. CONSTITUTION:A polyol component is prepd. by mixing 20-70wt% hydrogenated polybutadiene having hydroxyl groups at both terminals of the molecule with 80-30wt% polyalkylene polyether having hydroxyl groups at both terminals of the molecule. The polyol component is reached with a diisocyanate compound such as tolylene diisocyanate and hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate to produce a reaction product having (meth)acryloyl groups at both terminals of the molecule. The reaction product is mixed with a compound having a polymerizable carbon- carbon double bond in the molecule such as 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate and a polymn. initiator to obtain the titled coating material.
