PURPOSE:To adjust very easily an optical axis, and to make a complicated adjusting mechanism unnecessary by constituting a pair of fiber lens bodies, of a combination of lens bodies being adjacent to each other, among those which is cut from a fiber lens base material. CONSTITUTION:A fiber lens base material 1 is cut in a strip-shape by a cutting plane line 2, and each fiber lens body 3a-3d is formed. Subsequently, a pair of lens bodies being adjacent to each other among them, for instance, the lens bodies 3a, 3b are selected as an available lens body 4, and it is installed in an inverted-V shape to a mounting surface 6 of a lens supporting body 5. When the adjacent lens bodies of the base material are combined in this way, the focus of an optical axis of the lens body generates a position shift a little in the horizontal direction, but its adjustment is scarecely required in the upper and lower directions. Therefore, it will do that the movement in the horizontal direction only is adjusted, the optical axis is adjusted very easily, and also a complicated adjusting mechanism can be made unnecessary.
