PURPOSE:To eject smoothly molding sand from a roasting furnace by disposing the conveying sections of a vibration conveyor to the plural discharge ports for molding sand in the lower part of the roasting furnace, providing the conveying sections into plural stages above and below, forming plural apertures to the respective stages except the lowermost stage and forming the apertures to the uppermost stage in the positions facing the spacings between the discharge ports. CONSTITUTION:The molding sand a' flowing from each discharge port 7 falls downward into the upper conveying section 12 and is progressed to each aperture part 15 by the vibration of the conveying section 12. Each part 15 extending in the transverse direction exist in the position facing the spacing between the ports 7 and partition walls 14 are provided projectedly in the adjacent positions on the conveying direction Q side of each part 16. The sand a' falls downward through each part 15 into the lower conveying section 13 without flowing beyond the walls 14 and is advanced in the conveying direction Q by the vibration of the part 13. The roasted sand a' flowing downward from each port 7 is smoothly and effectively conveyed without stagnation by the above-mentioned constitution.
