PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which is capable of proximity simultaneous welding, passess versatility by replacing a pair of electrodes, and reduces the cost of equipment by installing plural welding rods so as to be opposed and at the same height to the upper and lower bases, respectively, and installing them to insulating electrode plates, respectively, of a press installing part. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrode units 16, 17 formed by providing protrusively plural electrode rods 18-19 at a prescribed interval P and at a prescribed height H on bases 20, 21 are installed so as to be freely attachable and detachable on electrode plates 9, 14 provided through insulating materials 8, 13 of an upper die installing part 3 and a lower die installing part 4 of a press machin 1, respectively. A dispersion of a weld zone is eliminated, a proximity simultaneous welding can be executed, and the device is provided with versatility by replacing an electrode unit, etc., by which the cost of equipment is reduced. In this regard, the installing part of the electrode plates 9, 14, the upper and lower fitting guides 27, 28, etc. are constituted so that they cannot be electrically conducted by insulating materials. |
