<p>A method and an apparatus for transmitting data in a communication system are provided to enable communication with various types of receiver by supporting the data transmission between a transmitter and a receiver in accordance with the information of the receiver in a communication system to which a TDD(Time Division Duplexing) scheme, an FDD(Frequency Division Duplexing) scheme, and a hybrid duplexing scheme are applied. An apparatus for transmitting data in a communication system comprises a MAP information creation part(312), a frame creation part(314), and a transmitter(316). If receiver information is received from a receiver, the MAP information creation part(312) creates MAP information in accordance with the receiver information. The frame creation part(314) creates frame information according to the created MAP information. The transmitter(316) transmits data to the receiver using the created frame information.</p> |
