PURPOSE:To simplify construction, make a unit small, and obtain secure braking by feeding air pressure into both cylinder chamber and braking mechanism from the same control valve. CONSTITUTION:A control valve 13 is constructed as a composite 3-position valve in which a 3-port and 3-position valve which becomes an open condition in a neutral position, is built in a 5-port and 3-position valve which becomes a closed condition in the neutral position. And, the outport 19 of this control valve 13 is connected to a brake chamber 11 and the outports 17, 18 are connected to cylinder chambers 8, 9, respectively. Thereby, air pressure into the cylinder chambers 8, 9 and into the brake chamber 11 can be fed from the same control valve, eliminating the need for providing a particular controlling means for operating a braking mechanism, to simplify construction, make a unit small, and obtain secure braking. |
