<p>The device comprises a support chassis (10), a substantially horizontal frame (100) whose outer peripheral surface (101) is widened towards the top and which has a central opening (102) permitting the passage of the product and rests on bearing means (30) which are integral with the chassis. Rollers (51,52,53,54) provided on the chassis (10) and superposed on the bearing means (30) limit the upward displacement of the frame (100). The wrapping envelope is introduced between the frame (100) and the bearing means (30). The unwinding of the envelope is permitted by upward traction, whereas shrinkage of the envelope by downward traction is prevented by a wedging effect between the frame (100) and the bearing means (30). <IMAGE></p> |
