PURPOSE:To make registration and calling of desired information basing on a title surely by very simple operation by staring registration or caling of a document simply by depressing a key switch. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch is depressed, a processing device makes comparison storing processing of management information. When comparison storing processing of all of control information is completed, a display unit DSP dispalys names of all registered title and unregistered title. An operator can look out over all registered documents and unregistered document at once. When character keys of underlined title name are depressed under this condition, the title name is inputted. On the other hand, when character keys of title name which is not indicated with an underline are depressed, the document is registered. |
