The control unit (80) performs control so that the first one-dimensional orthogonal transformation unit (10) and the second one-dimensional orthogonal transformation unit (30) executes one-dimensional orthogonal transformation for each block of the specified size in parallel and performs control so that the first address generation unit (40) and the second address generation unit (50) supply, in parallel, addresses corresponding to the specified size to the 2-port memory (20) for transfer.
