PURPOSE:To raise the cooling effect of a rotary electric machine by providing a cooling tube provided from an opposite load side bracket through part of a vent hole of a stator core to a load side bracket. CONSTITUTION:The stream of atmospheric air due to the rotation of an outer blade fan 8 flows, as indicated by an arrow A, to frame 1 and the outer periphery of a bracket 2, and flows in a cooling tube 15 from an opposite load side bracket 2a to a load side bracket 2b side. In case that the inner air circulates as indicated by an arrow B by the rotation of inner blades 9, 10 since this tube 15 passes part of a vent hole 13 of a stator core 4, it thermally exchanges with the atmospheric air in the tube 15. Thus, the inner air can be preferably cooled to improve the cooling effect of a rotary electric machine. |
